Big shout out to the amazing ladies at trapp! I came in right before close (unknowingly) and was clueless about what to get. They were so kind to help me and had great happy hour pricing. Shout out to Sarah for her help! I left with a beautiful arrangement for my friend!

(This purchase was from 4/25/2024) Trapp & Company and its employees have left such a lasting impression on me that I’ve decided to write a review more than a year later. It’s not so common to find this level of classy expertise and top-notch customer care these days, but Trapp and Company excelled in all the right places. Their empathy and understanding won’t be forgotten and I am forever grateful for this positive experience. I was short on time and needed a sympathy flower gift ASAP. I explained to them the flowers were for someone who is completely blind and that the little details could make the experience more special for them. I asked for flowers that were extra fragrant so that they could be fully enjoyed by someone who could not see them. The florist helping me really understood what I needed and went above and beyond to arrange the best possible unique bouquet for them. They were so knowledgeable and eager to share details of each flower and why they chose it for the arrangement. The most touching part was how they took joy in adding a particular flower with a very special texture so that this person with blindness could enjoy their gift even more. The spiky orange f

We had the BEST experience working with the team at Trapp and Company. I couldn't have asked for more perfect flowers for my wedding day! Ken is a floral magician. There’s really no other way to put it. I went in to wedding planning thinking “eh, I’m not sure how much I care about the flowers” mostly because I didn’t really have a vision. Well let me tell you, the flowers may have been my favorite part of the ceremony and reception. They say to trust your florist and oh boy am I glad I put my trust in Ken and his spectacular team. I would recommend Trapps over and over again.

I had a really incredible experience here after stopping in here unplanned. Earlier that afternoon, I’d picked up a bouquet for my partner’s birthday from a different florist that was really lackluster and sad, and I didn’t know what to do but knew it needed fixing somehow. I saw that Trapp was nearby so thought I’d stop in to see if they could help out (I did not have high hopes, because this was such a weird request to spring on anyone spontaneously). However, I was greeted so warmly and the woman who greeted me (didn’t catch her name) assured me that they could absolutely help out, and led me over to Paul who jumped on it right away. As it turns out, Paul is not only incredibly accommodating and kind but is also really talented at floral design. With a tiny bit of guidance from me about what my partner likes best, he created a *spectacular* bouquet that became even prettier through the week. I will definitely be back here in the future!

Once again, Trapp & Company always raises the bar! My best friend loves her arrangement, and it looks fabulous. Her husband even said he couldn't beat me in getting the best arrangements.
